Dear Clients, I thank you for choosing JRB Beauty as your destination for self care, pampering and all things beauty. As an experienced NYS licensed esthetician I’ve found that these policies work best to protect both the service provider and client.

Hours of Operation:

Wednesday - Friday

9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Saturday 9:00 AM - 3PM

Scheduling / Cancellations

We recommend that you book all appointments at least 2 weeks in advance.

Your Service providers will encourage and assist in Pre-booking your next appointment at the end of your service .

If there is any instance in which your service needs to be canceled by your service provider we will reach out to reschedule your appointment & give a discount credited to your next appointment date.

Please call to cancel or reschedule your appointments 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Same day cancellations result in a $25 fee of services $40 +.

No call no shows will be charged 75% of the appointments service.

Deposits/ Payment:

All Clients must leave a card on file to book your appointment.

Select services do require a deposit and will notify you prior to completion of booking your service.

Debit, credit, Zelle & Cash are all accepted.

CashApp and/or Venmo are Only accepted for Gratis.

Appointment Policy:

Please arrive on time for your appointments, there is a 15 minute grace period for lateness. After 15 minutes your appointment will automatically be cancelled, and the client will have to reschedule; unless Discussed otherwise.

If you have any symptoms (fever, cough, or runny nose), or have been around someone who has symptoms listed or illness you must reschedule for providers safety.

You will be required to sanitize your hands, and bottom of feet/shoes when you arrive.

No guests or children allowed unless approved by your service provider previous to your appointment time.

When you arrive please text your service provider and wait in your car until you are called to enter the studio.

If you would like to be cozy or tend to get chilly we will provide a clean blanket for your personal use..

Please silence your electronic devices while you are receiving your service.
